How do I manage my membership?
Open Membership to choose a plan, change an eligible web membership, or review Apple App Store billing instructions.
When does the App Store download unlock?
HYiYH is a free App Store download. Free works locally; Basic and Expert unlock connected Cloud and premium capabilities.
How is subscription access updated?
Signed billing events are verified on the server and mirrored onto the Cloud account used by the app.
Can support see my password?
No. Password authentication is handled by the Cloud account service. The website does not store plaintext passwords or payment card numbers.
Where can I review privacy practices?
Open the Privacy Policy for the full description of account data, Cloud processing, service providers, retention, security practices, and privacy rights.
Where are card details entered?
On secure payment pages. The website stores billing references and verified entitlement status, not full card numbers.
Can I use the site on iPhone?
Yes. Navigation, signup, membership selection, profile, legal pages, and account management are designed to reflow for compact mobile browsers.
Can I use the site without JavaScript?
Core navigation, authentication forms, legal pages, secure checkout, and account actions are server rendered. JavaScript adds interface polish and accessible dropdown behavior.
